We are hiring Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager- Central Operations at Nashik

Salary: No Bar

Position Summary:
The role would report into AVP - New Business & Policy Servicing and will ensure smooth functioning of Central Operations of New Business and Policy Servicing Department

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Inwarding of new business applications, COPS Data Entry and Quality Check of NB Applications in System.
  • Managing Branch NB applications Discrepancy validation process.
  • Physical NB Application Form / Documents and Policy Service Physical Requests Vs Scan reconciliation
  • Ensure Processing of Non-Financial Service Requests/Endorsement, NACH/Direct Debit Mandate Processing.
  • AML/OFAC/IR Management/Reporting, PAN Verification Process Management and CKYC record processing
  • New Product and Process Change Request UAT for New Business and Policy Servicing.
  • NB, IR and POS Billing Management
  • Monthly Process Training to COPS/Service Provider Team on NB and Policy Servicing.
  • Preparation of Monthly Reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing operational data and trends.
  • Partner Employee Productivity Tracking, Record/Data Maintenance of all business processing
  • Ensure Testing and implementation of technological initiative related to New Business & Policy Servicing.
  • Weekly Process Calls with Branch Ops Team on New Business and Policy Servicing
  • Monthly Business Review with Service Provider on New Business and Policy Servicing
  • Stakeholder management involving close coordination with Head Office, Branch Ops Team and Service Provider for seamless processing.
Job Specifications :

Qualifications:
1. Graduation /Post Graduation from reputed institution
2. MBA Finance /MBA Insurance

Key Technical Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of insurance terminology and in-depth understanding of insurance concept and prevailing guidelines
  • Experience of Back Office process management will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office, in particular Advanced Excel
