Undertake existing customer calling to renew their policy,Resolve all the queries/objections of the customers.
Following up with the customer and facilitate for completion of transaction. All Calls made to the customer and respective feedback to be tagged in the system/equivalent software.
Undertake calling for any special campaigns that DPLI would wish to run through its in-house tele-calling setup.
Key Core/ Behavioral Competencies:
